Canceling more than 2 weeks before the course start date:

Receive a full refund, minus $150 nonrefundable deposit per person. From this deposit, you will be issued $75 per person Letter of Credit, which is valid for up to two years towards any future seminar. The Ecstatic Awareness Institute as a processing fee keeps the remaining $75 per person. *It is your responsibility to claim this credit within the time allotted.

Canceling Less than 2 weeks before to the course start date:

              Receive a full refund, minus $150 nonrefundable deposit per person.

Canceling at or less than 24 hours of the seminar:

                If you cancel at or less than 24 hours of the seminar, or do not show up at the seminar, then you forfeit all tuition paid to date.

These courses are designed to provide information on Conscious Intimacy and Sacred Sexuality. They are taken with the understanding that Triambika Vengoechea and educators of the Ecstatic Awareness Institute are not engaged in rendering medical, psychological, or other professional services. If medical or other expert assistance is required, please seek the services of a competent medical professional. The purpose of these courses is to educate. Ecstatic Awareness Institute, their employees, and Ecstatic Awareness Educators shall not have liability to any person with respect to any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by the information or attendance at these courses.

In the highly unlikely event we have to cancel a seminar, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
